Return & Refund Policy

At Arkwell Nutrition, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds, in line with Indian consumer protection guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, with seals intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products with damaged or tampered seals.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@arkwellnutrition.com with your order number.

  2. We will provide a Return Authorization and the return address.

  3. Ship the product to us using a traceable shipping method. The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.

  • You will receive a credit notification from your bank/payment gateway, which may take an additional 2-3 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund after verification.
