1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, with seals intact.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used products.

Products with damaged or tampered seals.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at support@arkwellnutrition.com with your order number.

We will provide a Return Authorization and the return address.

Ship the product to us using a traceable shipping method. The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.

You will receive a credit notification from your bank/payment gateway, which may take an additional 2-3 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund after verification.
